New trade protectionist measures by G-20 countries are increasing. From May to mid-October 2011 the pace of implementation of new restrictions has not slowed down over the previous period. As of mid-October 2011, only 19% of all measures introduced since the beginning of the crisis has been reversed.
Protectionism is increasing and the commitment to roll back export restrictions has not been followed.
